The Role
The Technical Writer leads the creation of content such as technical documents and the construction of platforms that support it. As a member of the engineering team, we work with the Customer Reliability Engineer team to eliminate customer anxiety and support our customers' success. By providing best practices to many customers through content creation, we support not only our customers but also other engineers and solutions architects to boost the output of the entire Soracom ecosystem.
The Job
Creation of technical contents and books for customers using various services and devices IoT system construction through
planning, verification, creation, maintenance, and support
technology contents of documents for customers (Web / technical hands-on materials / blogs, etc.) Build best practices
and provide feedback on service development Measure and improve document utilization and coverage
Essential skills
Have an attitude to try and experience by moving your own hands
3 years or more of technical writing experience in Japanese and English
Basic knowledge about cloud devices and networks Writing
and developing documents such as GitHub, Wordpress, wiki, etc. Experience with tools for people
