Lead Software Engineer | 100% Remote | $130K - $190K
I'm working with a venture-backed quantum software company creating a quantum workflow platform to solve critical problems across a wide range of industries. They're looking for a Lead Engineer to join their growing team focused on building a platform essentially from the ground up!
This person will take an active part in building scalable solutions that have a major impact across the whole organization.
Responsibilities/Qualifications :
- Strong hands-on experience writing code in Python, Go, or Java
- Extensive experience building distributed systems
- Experience building Big Data Platforms using one or more of the following (Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Kafka, HBase, MapReduce, etc.)
- Extensive experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
- Experience designing and developing Microservices
- Leadership/Mentorship experience
- Desire to collaborate with a smart, supportive engineering team
Bonus:
- Experience developing systems at scale
- Experience working within an Agile team and delivering software via Scrum
- Strong passion for modern tech and willingness to learn new skills
- Experience with Machine Learning tools
