Job Title : Lead Developer

Salary : Competitive

Location : Your working location may be temporarily different due to Covid-19. Once applicable, your normal working location will be Stratford Upon-Avon or home based.

The Opportunity :

Reporting to Product Manager –ePermits, As Lead Developer you will be accountable for development of all software;developing code in an efficient, maintainable, appropriately architected way using industry best practices and providing support for new and existing products within the e-Permits Software team

The Ideal Candidate :

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to build and develop the e-Permits software application, managing all aspects of the development process ensuring that the highest standards are maintained throughout. The Ideal Form a deep understanding of the technical implementation of the e-Permits product. You will translate “what”into “how”we deliver products and features. You will decide the technologies to bring the business requirements to life and choose suitable ongoing training &education to ensure the team are able to execute both efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced developer with strong understanding of web-based applications have a thorough understanding of SDLC &Agile (SCRUM) and be able to communicate with non-technical users and explain complex information in an easy to digest format

The Process :

Due to Covid-19 our normal recruitment process has been adapted to ensure the safety of our employee’s and candidates.
