About the role We’re looking for people who have already been working in IT for a couple of years and are interested in expanding their knowledge and expertise in the Cloud Native field. In essence, you will work on one of our Cloud Native transformation projects, building the infrastructure from scratch and helping customers migrate their applications to the cloud. When we break it down, it means you’ll be part of a team with some of the best Cloud-Native Engineers in the world - to learn from and work with. Our outstanding engineers live all over the world and you will collaborate with them over video calls and Slack (we have no-meeting Wednesdays so you can also get stuck into deep work!) While you will work independently, you will always have a team of senior Cloud-Native engineers to ask for advice and help as you need it. We want your ideas, thoughts, and experiments and you will regularly present them in a supportive and constructive environment. You’ll create your own personal development plan with your manager, to take your career to where you want it to go. We are looking for people who live in these timezones: GMT-6 to GMT+3

What does it take?

• We often build tailored, innovative solutions within complex and ambiguous environments. On top of that, consulting with clients, which depends on asking the right questions and crafting solutions as a team, requires strong collaboration and communication skills.
• You need to be inquisitive and eager to explore.

Must-have skills 1 year or more background in development and/or operations Experience in at least one of the following areas: CI/CD, Infrastructure provisioning, Software development Excellent English language skills Nice-to-have Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (user-level) and willingness to learn more in the Cloud Native field Experience with private or public cloud Implemented CI/CD solutions in at least 1 project A passion for the community (attending events, advocating cloud technology via meet-ups and conferences, or writing blog posts and other pieces of content)
