We Work Remotely
We just bought a website, and we'd like to make a lot of changes to it. We're hiring a freelance / contract front-end developer to help us make these changes.

We have a list of things we'd like you to start on, which should be a few months of work. After that, we'll likely need part-time work for a while, as we continue to test and tweak things.

Our stack has a number of integrations. The website is in WordPress, and it connects to ConvertKit, Zapier, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Stripe, etc.

We’d like to hire you if you:
  • Have 2+ years' experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, WordPress, &CSS
  • Can write code
  • Are self-motivated and can solve problems independently
  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Live in Latin America
  • Want a freelance / contract relationship
Our company is called National Guitar Academy. It was launched in 2015;we just acquired it in 2024. It helps people learn guitar through online courses. It also has a community and does weekly livestreams.

Your role will be to make improvements to the website, the sales funnels, the email lists, and the other integrations. We're going to run a lot of split tests also, which you'll get to setup. There will be a lot of CSS changes, and also a lot of integration changes. Hopefully we're able to automate and improve, and if there’s opportunities, it would be nice to simplify some of our tech stack.

If you want to help improve a website for people who love music, and join a small, distributed team, then we should talk.

To apply, email me at cxcjobs+nga@gmail.com, and:
  • Include your resume in PDF format
  • Somehow use the word “cherry” in the subject of your email
  • Answer the following 3 questions in your email, in this order:
  • Where do you live?
  • Tell me about a project you've worked on: what was your role, team size, project length, technologies used, etc.?
  • What hourly rate would you be happy with, for this freelance / contract, remote position?
  • Thanks,
     -Ben

P.S. We want you to be happy working with us. We care about results, not bureaucracy.
