Arbol’s tech team is seeking to fill an IPFS Engineer role. The IPFS Engineer will help to architect and implement additional functionality for Arbol’s dWeather project. dWeather is an open source project for putting public weather datasets onto IPFS. The candidate should have a passion for open source and collaborative scientific projects.
Deep knowledge of IPFS and its ecosystem is required in the candidate. In addition, knowledge and experience with data engineering and Docker are preferred, and a general understanding of blockchain/Ethereum concepts is preferred.
Arbol is open to an hourly or employee status for this position.
