We are looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our engineering team in Berlin. We’ve got a broad range of products in the Signavio product portfolio in different stages of their lifecycle that all bring exciting challenges and learning opportunities.

You will be working closely with other Product Owners and Product Managers, and will be responsible for the day to day backlog management, as well as defining the right next thing to build. Inspiring product interest &participation in the rest of the team are other key responsibilities. This unique opportunity is the right role for growing Product Owners who are excited to learn about B2B Enterprise products, and keen to expand their skill set in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Working with product managers and stakeholders to understand the next opportunities and problem spaces to focus on 
  • Developing concepts supported by your team that are incremental and bring shippable value
  • Facilitating clear priorities and a prioritised backlog for the team
  • Defining user stories in collaboration with engineers, Q&A and design
  • Enabling and facilitating delivery team all agile ceremonies/ events, including refinements, plannings and review sessions
  • Managing expectations towards the team and stakeholders, keeping both informed

Requirements

  • Ability to understand customer business challenges, and how your product relates to them
  • Initial experience working as a Product Owner or Manager in an agile environment, or a related role with interest to transition
  • Ability to create progress when things aren’t clear or the way forward is not yet well-defined
  • Communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with different roles and types of people
  • The ability to facilitate your team through pre-defined process and meetings to understand the problem and find solutions

It helps if you

  • Have experience working as Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Bring experience working with Sales, Pre-sales and Customer Success teams
  • Have interest or a background in the intersection of UX/Design, Technology and Business
