Contra is all about transforming the future of independent work. We are looking for an Influencer + Brand Partnerships Lead to join our fast-growing Social Team and help us build the future of work 🚀 

You’ll be leading partnership conversations, discovering influencers, scoping out brand partners and working to get the Contra name out in the world! You'll join two others on the social team (meet Sam + Jasmin 👋), and will work closely with our Product and Community teams to share features that add value for independents.

How you’ll add value at Contra:

  • Discover + onboard all social partners
  • Source new brand partnership opportunities
  • Create creative influencer campaigns (working with Head of Social)
  • Manage all influencer content
  • Work closely with Social + Email Marketing Leads
  • Lead Campaign Analysis + Analytics
  • Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential

You’ll be successful here if you:

  • Build influencer campaigns that create brand awareness, increase traffic and promote the product
  • Can own influencer relationships end to end (discover, outreach, contract, payment, campaigns etc.)
  • Have excellent multitasking skills and excited by the idea of building out this new role
  • Are driven by analytics and using metrics to track partnership progress
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well alone as well as collaborate with different teams
  • Process driven and demonstrate an ability to deliver in a timely manor
  • Are located in a timezone within 3 hours of San Francisco
  • Thrive in a remote-first environment
  • Are fluent in verbal and written English
  • Bonus: Have interest in the freelance + tech industry
