Duty station: Home based with frequent official mission travel

I. ICT Officer (SAP MM Configurator)

The incumbent provides expertise in SAP Material Management (MM) process management, module configuration, and client support for mission business users.

Major responsibilities include:

• Conduct analysis for business process improvement;
• Configure SAP material management module and validations;
• Manage material master data;
• Communicate with the business community with high level of client orientation and presentation skills;
• Participate in mission trainings and deployments;

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in SAP process optimization and configuration in the area of material management (MM) or supply chain is required for a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields. A Master’s degree may substitute for some of the required years of experience. 
• Knowledge and hands-on skills of SAP MM is required.
• Fluency in written and oral English is required.

II. ICT Officer (SAP MM Deployment and Support)

The incumbent provides expertise in SAP Material Management (MM) process management, module configuration, and client support for mission business users.

Major responsibilites include:

• Manage incidents, problems, and other requests for satisfactory resolution within the standard KPIs;
• Improve quality assurance activities and management while keeping the tight deadlines;
• Communicate with the business community with high level of client orientation and presentation skills;
• Prepare end users training manuals and conduct training sessions;

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in deployment and support of SAP material management (MM) is required for a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields. 
• A Master’s degree may substitute for some of the required years of experience.
• Fluency in written and oral English is required.
