Currently, we are looking for a Human resources manager. Your main task will be active sourcing using different channels of acquisition, especially for IT positions all around the Globe. In this role, you will collaborate with team members at all levels to identify and close major gaps in our human resources. You will drive projects to help increase team member commitment within the organization, including enhancements to our onboarding program, professional development program, and overall team member experience.

- Significant human resources experience (3+ years) working in a tech-driven organization;
- Intermediate+ English;
- A solid grasp of research skills and knowledge of different tools and methodologies;
- Experience leading projects, process improvements, and substantive change within high-growth organizations.
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills for navigating uncertainty.
- Understanding of recruitment terms and workflows;
- Strong conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Improve Recruitment Flow
- Conducting 1×1 meetings with employees and developing retention plans;
- Collaborating with Recruiter;
- Composing job descriptions;
- Researching the labor market, keeping an eye on hiring trends, and investigating recruitment demand across the IT segment;
- Conducting exit interviews and off-boarding procedure.

Please note that:
- Sometimes we meet up! Expect to travel at least two times a year (each around 4-5 days). While these plans were halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we plan to recommence.
- While we offer a flexible work arrangement with core hours, expect an average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
