We are seeking an experienced HRGeneralish to join our dynamic team in the Igaming Industry. As an HR People Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s HR initiatives to drive effective people strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  • Support HR Functions: Provide comprehensive support across all HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy adherence.
  • Team-Specific Engagement Activities.
  • HR Branding Activities: Contribute to building and enhancing the organization’s employer brand through various initiatives, including social media engagement, employer branding campaigns, and participation in relevant industry events.
  • Address Team Members’ Queries: Serve as a point of contact for team members’ HR-related inquiries, with a focus on understanding and addressing the unique needs of the remote distributed team.
  • Proactive Approach to Team Concerns: Take a proactive stance in identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns within the team.
  • Internal Events Planning and Execution: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute internal events aimed at fostering team cohesion, professional development, and employee engagement.
  • Travel Coordination: Facilitate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth logistics and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a focus on supporting multicultural teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.
  • Advanced English is must
