After hiring, training, and deploying hundreds of customer-facing team members in 4+ years, we're looking for a full-time Recruiting Manager to power our next phase of growth.
Bandalier is a growing start-up that connects tech companies with customer-facing talent situated in our two primary hubs, Binghamton, NY and Richmond, KY, and in small towns and cities throughout the country.
We've doubled in size in the last year and now employ people in over 15 states, and are looking for someone to take our recruiting processes to the next level.

- You are interested in owning an end-to-end process (for instance, our recruiting funnel)
- You are a data nerd who is excited about using performance data to optimize our interview process and eliminate potential biases in our hiring process
- You want to be exposed to technology companies and experience startup culture
- You would both enjoy thinking about recruiting strategy and enjoy tactical execution (say, developing messaging for a recruiting ad, posting it, measuring the results, and then tweaking it accordingly)
- You're excited by entrepreneurship and the idea of helping build a company from the ground up
What you’ll do:
- Oversee our recruiting process and goals for 2022
- Help select and open 5-10 new talent hubs for us
- Optimize our interview questions and rubrics based on performance data
- Own recruiting metrics like total applicants, total hires, and 6 month retention rate
You should have:
- An interest in working for a start-up
- Some experience managing recruiting processes for a club, organization, or company
- Interest in using social media like Instagram and TikTok
- Ideally, experience using recruiting tools like Indeed
