The role:
We are a hiring a mid or senior full stack software engineer to join a tight knit co-founding team. The role is full time, and remote first. Joining as such an early employee the successful applicant will have the opportunity to have a significant impact on Doorway's technology. We're expecting this person to enjoy mucking in wherever work is needed across the stack.
The person:
You are a great communicator (must have) and enjoy working synchronously with a small team. You potentially have experience in other startups and working closely with founders, but this isn't a must have requirement. You have initiative, enjoy shipping delightful products, and don't mind yak shaving (when it needs to be done).
Technologies:
Backend: Python (Flask)
Frontend: Javascript (React/Preact), HTML, CSS (Bootstrap / Tailwind)
Other: Heroku, AWS, Sendgrid
Compensation:
£60,000-£90,000 GBP + 0-2.5% equity.
