We are hiring engineers to help create insightful, usable, and beautiful interfaces for the businesses that are built on top of Facet.
As a member of the Engineering team, you will get to build across all aspects of our interactive exploratory analytics product ranging from the end user interactions to query time performance updates.
At Facet, you will:
Deliver key features and products to our customers aimed at increasing their love and usage of the product
Be actively involved in the direction of the product
Use modern technologies and leverage the best tools available
Work with a close-knit team that has deep experience with technology, product design, and entrepreneurship
Build services, APIs, tools, and libraries for any aspect of the stack
Help design, develop, and ship the front-end components of our core product
Be a generalist who can work with any piece of the technological stack but is also knowledgeable enough to be an expert in all areas of the product.
Prior to Facet, you have:
5+ years of experience as Software Engineer or Full Stack Engineer, ideally Enterprise SaaS company in the infrastructure, analytics and/or data space.
The ability to think through customer requirements to determine high-impact solutions to their problems
Passion for performance, user experience, and data accessibility
An entrepreneurial spirit and thrives when moving quickly on green-field products
Experience building UIs with modern tools like Typescript, React, GraphQL, and Webpack
Ideally, experience building data visualization, dashboarding, or exploratory analytics products
Knowledgeable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery and Snowflake)
