We are looking for a collaborative, product-focused and adaptable Front-End Developer to join our Engineering Team. As a Front-End Developer you will help shape the next generation of software products that leverage AI &machine learning to create impactful businesses with fast &delightful user experiences. Successful candidates must have demonstrated experience building web solutions that are scalable and flexible. At InferLink, you will be part of a small entrepreneurial community that powers the creation of new businesses from ideation to launch.
What you will do:
- Actively partner with Engineering and Product to architect user interfaces for existing applications and new products
- Think critically about how to build a beautiful and elegant product experience
- Craft a unique user experience that brings value to the wide array of InferLink products
- Lead the development and maintenance of front-end systems
- Develop REST APIs to deliver (large amounts of) data to the front end
Must haves:
- 2-4 years of experience building front end applications
- Experience working with a front-end application framework such as AngularJS or React
- Experience with a JS based server-side stack like NodeJS and ExpressJS
- Experience creating and implementing UX designs
- Experience developing with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience building APIs and RESTful web services
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to proceed with uncertainty
- Self-directedness and strong initiative
- Strategic and forward thinking
- Strong communication skills
- US citizen or permanent resident (required for government-funded research projects)
Nice to haves:
- Java, Python, PHP
- Degree in CS, EE, Math/Stats
- Background in Artificial Intelligence
