Main responsibilities
- The team will need to troubleshoot for locally deployed installs
- Report events based on the procedure. Follow all events till closure.
- Prepare and maintain Documentation, Reports, and provide follow on the status of identified tasks.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure that all issues apply the appropriate focus and sense of urgency.
- Perform daily health checks (Network, Servers &Applications).
Requirements
- Experience developing in .Net, JavaScript
- Familiar with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Need to be polished and have excellent communication.
- Exposure to infrastructure will be advantageous
