About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Software Solutions Consultant in the Iridium Technology Consulting Group. As a consultant, you will help implement a portfolio of Iridium products centered around the company’s Financial Planning and Analytics solutions, as well as provide subject matter expertise and best practice recommendations to leading global law firms.
The position of a Consultant requires candidates with a strong combination of people skills and technical know-how. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication skills are required.

Job Responsibilities
The role encompasses a combination of consulting and technical duties, including but not limited to:
- Work directly with our law firm clients to implement and support Iridium products and solutions.
- Manage client product implementations.
- Provide industry and product subject matter expertise
- Participate/lead requirements gathering sessions
- Deliver client training
- Design, development and test client-specific customizations and enhancements
- Occasional on-site travel
- Provide post implementation support
- Mentor/support other team members
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or Information Technology
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft SQL Server (relational database, T-SQL, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS)
- Strong experience in Legal IT (ADERANT, Elite Enterprise, Elite 3E) is a big plus, but is not required
- Experience with the financial function of a law firm, particularly in the areas of Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Modeling and Financial Reporting is also a big plus
- Excellent written/oral communications skills
