You'll be working closely with our founder and CEO (that's me, Harry, you can find out more about me on Twitter or LinkedIn) to manage my email, my calendar, research, and generally help organise my life.
This is a part-time role and can be done remotely, so is open to all locations with a good timezone overlap with the UK. This won't work if you're based in Asia or Australasia.
We are a podcasting agency serving businesses in the UK, US, and across the globe. Media or marketing industry experience a plus, but not essential.

Some examples of things you'll do
- Manage my inbox, respond to day to day messages on my behalf
- Manage my schedule, book meetings
- Attend meetings and take notes
- Drafting proposals
- Send invoices, chase payments, pay bills, handle refunds
- Research &book travel
You have previous assistant/executive assistant experience. This is not the role for you if this is your first assistant position. You have an opinion about how email and calendars should be managed.
You are an AMAZING problem solver. You are a logical thinker who finds a way to get it done, even in totally new situations. You are organised and on top of things, and great at thinking through logistics in advance to make sure no detail is missed.
You are extremely tech-savvy and able to jump into any new tool or website with no training. You can figure out new accounting software or set up a project management tool no sweat!
You're experienced and comfortable working with a remote team. We were remote at Lower Street before it was cool, and when covid restrictions ease, the team will still be based all over the world - so we won't be returning to a big office like many other companies.
LogisticsThis is a work from home, part time position. Though I would welcome the chance to work with someone locally who can come to my office weekly.
You'll be paid hourly, working approximately 20-25 hours per week spread across 5 days.
About usWe're a small, remote team of 10 so far, spread across the globe from the US to South Africa to the Philippines. We do a lot of collaborating and cat photo swapping on Slack, and meet daily on video calls.
We're a podcast agency, producing content for brands. Our client base is as international as we are and we love what we do. We're pretty intentional in trying to create a positive, supportive, and creative remote team culture and take huge pride in our output.
We'll probably get along if you’re someone who wants to be creative, have a pretty-serious-but-not-inhuman amount of responsibility, and work with people who make going to work not suck. (And be one of those people yourself. We like those people.)
