Description
We Work Remotely is looking for an Email Deliverability Consultant on a contractor basis. This position is temporary and will require optimization of our marketing strategy. You will ensure our email campaigns reach their intended recipients, optimizing our email systems for maximum efficiency and compliance. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to troubleshoot, analyze, and enhance our email deliverability as well as develop sustainable marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze email campaigns to ensure high deliverability.
- Implement best practices for list management, segmentation, and email content to avoid spam filters and blacklists.
- Develop marketing strategies to streamline email delivery and prevent blockages.
- Connect with email service providers and external vendors to resolve deliverability issues.
- Conduct A/B testing on various email campaigns to determine the most effective strategies.
- Provide regular reports on deliverability metrics and insights for improvement.
- Educate and train internal teams on deliverability best practices and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an email deliverability consultant is required!!
- Proficiency in digital marketing and creating sustainable marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, and email technologies.
- Familiarity with email regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., MailChimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact).
- Experience with customer.io platform highly desired
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
