We’re looking for an eCommerce Integrations Specialist to join our always-remote team.
About You
If you’re a fit for this role…
You’re the glue to the eCommerce stack. You love eCommerce.
You likely don’t call yourself a developer, designer, or copywriter. You understand code, but writing lines of code all day is not your thing. You appreciate how the User Experience impacts eCommerce success, but you don’t live in Photoshop. You’re not afraid of copy, but you’re not a copywriter.
Instead, your sweet-spot is making it all work together. You thrive on making one system work with another. You understand how to collect and analyze eCommerce business intelligence (Analytics, KPIs). You’re comfortable with implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking (CAPI, etc.). You’re familiar with the standard eCommerce platforms and making them all work together.
There’s a strong possibility you’ve never called yourself an “Integrations Specialist”, even if this role sounds perfect for you.
Your Team
You’ll work inside an eCommerce Optimization team, helping our clients to increase their success. This team includes:
- Program Manager: managing the ongoing programs and collaborating with the client and internal team.
- Growth Strategist: leading analysis and strategy for our clients' success.
- Marketing Specialist: implementing optimizations inside our programs.
- Integrations Specialist (you?): managing the implementation and integrations of data and platforms.
- Additionally, you’ll collaborate with other members of our team, including: Developers, UX Specialists, Copywriters.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the eCommerce stack and business intelligence of new clients to define and solve areas of improvement.
- Identify platforms and apps that will solve current client needs.
- Lead the implementation and integration of new platforms and applications
- Implement automations inside email marketing and SMS platforms

Requirements
- Experience: For this role, you’re expected to have 2+ years of experience in eCommerce and with a wide variety of websites and integrations. Agency experience is a strong positive, though not required.
- Strengths: You're detail oriented, efficient, and can handle multiple projects running at the same time. You communicate effectively, including verbal, documentation, and synchronous chat.
