Tasks

We are looking for a highly experienced, results-driven, Digital Marketing Specialist to own Pexapark’s digital strategy. You will be responsible for growing Pexapark’s online visibility and demand generation programs, via both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and paid media campaigns. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Product Marketing, Content and the Sales team.

This role requires a deep expertise in both SEO and paid advertising strategies, as well as a proven track record of developing successful campaigns for B2B companies.

You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to improve our current processes and make your mark within the company.

—- PPC (Pay Per Click) —-

–Plan, create, and execute profitable paid campaigns across multiple platforms. (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) –Monitor, test and optimise campaigns to ensure that our paid channels deliver the maximum ROI. –Manage the overall online advertising budget. –Create reports to demonstrate the results of your PPC campaigns. –Recommend optimisation for landing pages to improve conversion rates and ROI. –Meet specific KPI targets, such as total leads generated, conversion rate, etc.

—- SEO —-

–Lead and develop SEO strategies to drive significant increases in organic search traffic, resulting in measurable growth across our demand generation programs. –Conduct regular SEO technical audits, ensuring Pexapark website meets Google Core Web Vitals. Identify issues and recommend enhancements to the dev team. –Develop and maintain on-page optimizations to improve content performance, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, image alt tags, body copy, etc. –Meet specific KPI targets, such as organic traffic, inbound links, bounce rate, etc. –Create reports to demonstrate the results of SEO and progress achieved against baseline over time. –Produce competitor and keyword analysis, suggest and implement tactics to increase Pexapark’s website over time.

—- Requirements —- –In depth knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads platforms –Highly proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and WordPress. –Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent work-related experience. –Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques (mandatory) –Proven track record of developing successful paid media accounts –Strong English in written and verbal communication (German is a plus) –Good copywriting skills –Knowledge in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and experience in retargeting advertising (a plus) –Extremely well organized, with high attention to detail –Comfortable operating under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent action –A good sense of humour
