Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Digital Marketing &Content Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns and content that support departmental and organizational goals.
 
This may include but is not limited to:
 
  • Marketing automation,
  • Campaign creation, management, and reporting
  • Content planning, development, marketing &management,
  • Website content &strategy input,
  • Working with partners on SEO, SEM optimization
  • Channel, product &partner marketing,
  • Third-party vendor relationship &project management

The successful candidate will be with an experience in marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
 
  • Write &develop copy for social and website campaigns and posts
  • Own and grow our organic social engagement strategy across social media platforms
  • Develop, execute, and optimize creative content for use in campaigns across our outbound marketing, website and search channels
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to develop relevant digital campaigns &content across a variety of personas, verticals, and target accounts
  • Experience demonstrating Multiview’s core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients

  • VP, Marketing
  • Customer Success Team
  • Sales Team

COMPETENCIES PORTFOLIO:

  • Marketing– Strong in-depth knowledge of the Marketing function is required to perform the role competently. The incumbent must be comfortable using the technology and be able to explain it to others.  This level of expertise is gained through extensive on the job experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills –Ability to effectively communicate and work with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Strong verbal communication skills are required
  • Organization – Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure the smooth client support experience and operational excellence
  • Teamwork – works with multiple teams cross-functionally, and must know how to effectively address the needs of each team while always keeping the client’s outcomes as the driver
  • Initiative – Seeks, accepts and completes new tasks using own initiative;works independently with little supervision.
 
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • Bachelors with major in business (Marketing or Communication) or applicable experience
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically to the B2B enterprise software market.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate &repurpose technical content for use in multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing ROI and digital tracking of results
  • Resourceful and self-motivated, ability to work under minimal supervision and/or strict deadlines, on multiple projects
  • Ability to create email, website and social media content
  • Familiarity with Google Adwords, Analytics, SEO platforms
  • Experience demonstrating Multiview’s core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with marketing automation (ideally Hubspot) and exposure to CRM
  • Experience/ knowledge in project management within Marketing function
