Scalable Path is looking for a DevOps Lead to join the team and work on a client project. This is a remote, part-time position (approximately 4 hours/day). The client is also open to candidates who are available full-time.
CLIENT COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
The client is a startup that has ambitious goals to transform the "Internet of pages" into the "Internet of data". The current project is using their search product on an e-commerce site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The client currently has a dev environment set up but needs an experienced DevOps Specialist to join their team and take ownership of their infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build/script infrastructure (Dev, Staging, Beta, and Production environments)
- Monitoring and alert management
RELATIONSHIPS - WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:
You will be reporting to the CTO and working with a team of highly-skilled developers. There is an existing daily meeting at 7:30 am America/Los Angeles (-08:00) PST.
START DATE:
As soon as possible.
EXPECTED CONTRACT DURATION:
This is a long-term, ongoing engagement.
