Purpose of the job

Toassist in the design and development of new features to an exciting new Cloud service (Saas) and its website.

Technology

Design Patterns, UI, Web Design, UX, CSS Html, (Javascript), creative tools

Main responsibilities

  • Work alongside anexisting remote development team.
  • Use DevOps as repos.
  • Offer best coding practice for pattern re-usability, and improve performance.
  • Work closely to the director and stakeholders on new or updated features of website.
  • Implement the design to the website, with the assistance of the developer team when required.
  • Help to design new or improved features to the cloud application (PWA). 
  • Provide options to the stakeholders and help decide on best user experience.
  • Help create other creative elements if and when possible.
  • Continuous improvement of UI and UX for our ever changing product.
  • Be part of the new feature sets of the application and help creating the best user experince possible.
  • Work with current change management process in DevOps.
  • To ensure that change management process is following best standards, with security in mind, according to internal practice.
  • Work very closely to theother developer(s) in a collaborative manner, with the tools already used.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Highly experienced in website design (Creative and implementation)
  • Experienced in software design (PWA)
  • Experienced in UX and best practices
  • Creative with modern tools such as Adobe platforms
  • CSS, Html, responsiveness
  • Efficient coding, and re-usability
  • Up to date with the latest tech
