Job Brief
Identify problems and opportunities within the company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the R&DA department’s goals. Collaborate across multiple departments to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting.
What you will be doing:
- Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs;
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments;
- Enforce communication of the results and findings from the previous topic across departments;
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement alongside report analysts;
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes;
- Analyze the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and upgrades to existing systems;
- Assist the marketing team by providing the requested data research on user and customer behavior, and proposing solutions to optimize the marketing efforts;
- Support the maintenance of recurrent reports/analysis.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills;
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail;
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational;
- SaaS Industry knowledge;
- SQL and any RDBMS;
- Python or R for data analysis;
- Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar);
- 2 years of experience in an analytical role;
- Proeficient in English.
