Customer Care Representative (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- You will respond to various customer inquiries through our support system "Intercom."
- Additionally, you will manage the onboarding process for our new customers.
- You will handle written customer, product, and quote inquiries to ensure each customer finds the right product and the best solution.
- You will be directly involved in capturing and updating our customers' master data.
- Furthermore, you will handle upsell and cancellation processes.
- You will contribute to the setup and maintenance of our knowledge database and FAQs for customers.
Qualifications
- You have gained initial practical experience in customer care and have a basic technical understanding.
- Ideally, you also have experience with SaaS.
- You are a strong communicator and excel in customer-oriented, committed interactions, as well as resilience and a pronounced service mentality.
- You are characterized by commitment and teamwork.
- You have proficient Google Workspace skills and the willingness to learn new systems.
- You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. An addtional language like Ukranian or French would be a plus.
