- Establish relationships with technology and equipment vendors
- Oversee the department budget and manage IT assets,including provisioning of equipment to a growing staff population
- Develop and implement strategy for building and scaling the regional technology functions, together with accompanying server infrastructure, networks, front-end portals, and overall workflow
- Has a thorough understanding of the local culture of Japan, and is active in seeking how technology enables business go faster
- Project Management with the office and stores to help expand the business across the country and implementing VMWare workspace (Airwatch)
Essential:
- 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Technology functions
- Project management in Infrastructure
- VMWare implementation experience, preferably Airwatch
- Fluent Japanese &Business English
Desirable:
- Management experience
- Industry experience in retail, ECommerce, warehouse
