Since 2014, Charmac has helped consumer product brands reach more customers on Amazon. We love helping brands reach their full potential on Amazon and how it can positively impact their entire business. Our ideal content strategist will be responsible for the look, feel, and “voice” of client content for Amazon (Amazon Content Creation or ACC) and internal content for marketing, service support, and sales.

Client Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess both new and current clients brands to understand the brand attributes, target customer, brand “vibe”
  • Review and assess clients products to understand the features and corresponding benefits, the market and competition
  • Develop “content plans” for new clients with recommended ACC work based upon their current content, needs and access to specific Amazon programs
  • Develop “content recommendations” for existing clients either on-demand or as a part of client’s regular strategic business reviews with clients
  • Be a client’s primary point of contact around all things content, coordinating internal and external resources
  • Advise graphical design resources to the direction of content with wireframes, summaries, etc.
  • Write and proof the copy for all graphical content, including but not limited to, explainer or infographic images, A+ pages, stores, and video ads
  • Provide internal revisions and approvals on graphical content before sharing it with the client for approval
  • Research and write all SEO content (title, bullets, back-end keywords) for product listings
  • Write and review all Amazon posts for clients
  • Review performance of Amazon posts sharing details and metrics with clients’ assigned  brand manager

Charmac Responsibilities:
  • Develop a content strategy and content calendar
  • Research, write and publish topical blog articles for the Charmac website
  • Support the organization by working with different departments to develop “1-pagers”, “cheat sheets”, etc for our clients (can also be used for marketing purposes)
  • Own the look/feel and performance of our social channels
  • Compile and share relevant news articles through our social channels
  • Work to launch and promote Charmac podcast

Qualifications:
  • Related Experience: Skilled in the development of high-quality digital content
  • Project Management: Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines at one time

Position Overview:

  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Time Commitment: 20 hours per week
  • Compensation: $25 per hour
