Tier3 Media is looking to add talent to our amazing Client Success Consulting Team!

We are a rapidly growing marketing agency that is taking the aesthetics industry (med spas, plastic surgery, and other elective treatment practices) by storm! Our aesthetics clients are well known in their communities and we help them become even more successful by creating marketing campaigns that represent them and communicate their value to women (and men) that are looking to enhance, prevent or reverse the effects of aging. (Who knows, you may have even seen one of our ads!)

Role Highlights

Client Success Consultants are the power behind successful relationships with the practice owners and management teams we help market. They are the idea generators, problem solvers, and profit growers that have one core focus: ensuring that every practice they work with is successful.

As a Client Success Consultant, you’ll be equipped with best-in-class, industry-specific training for aesthetics, and learn how to market practices effectively. You’ll work alongside our Director of Marketing, Director of Operations and a project manager to help generate profitable campaign ideas for your aesthetics clients.

You’ll also learn how to effectively organize campaigns, events, and online promotions that have huge positive impacts on practice owners’ revenues. It’s hands down one of the most exciting and rewarding roles on the Tier3 Media roster.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • A strong work ethic in a competitive and results-oriented environment
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of business owners, and senior-level executives within our company and customer base
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • A highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Must be very detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Will be required to learn/memorize scripts for client on boarding and training and follow a system tailored for client success
  • Must be comfortable in working in multiple software systems, including HubSpot, Slack, and G-Suite
  • Must like ALL types of people and personalities
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer
  • Must have basic knowledge and be comfortable with computers and technology
  • Must be available for full-time employment
  • Must be able to accommodate company’s typical M-F, 9-5 EST schedule, along with being available for any urgent questions or updates after hours
  • Will be required to assist clients after hours and on weekends occasionally (within reason)
  • Must be 18+ to be considered
  • Facebook Ads experience is a PLUS but not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
