You are an experienced project manager and implementation specialist driven to positively impact the client experience. We’re EngagedMD and we have a patient journey application used by more than 2 million users nationwide and internationally since its launch, and we continue to see enormous growth and adoption from medical clinics across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our mission to help carers carry on caring. You will have the opportunity to join the team leading EngagedMD’s expansion into new healthcare markets, ensure a best-in-class client experience during implementation, help create new processes and procedures, and use your product expertise to benefit our clients. In this role, you will also closely collaborate with our Business Development, Customer Success, Support, and Video Experience teams. Ultimately, you’ll ensure each customer has a successful launch and quick return on their investment in EngagedMD.
This fully remote role reports to our Director of New Market Readiness, and candidates are required to reside in the United States. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States. EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Help design our implementation processes and procedures for new healthcare specialities and drive continuous improvement of these processes and procedures to best serve our pilot sites and customers
- Act as a utility player within the New Markets team, jumping in to support on research, strategy, or special projects as they relate to new market readiness
- Represent the New Markets team in cross-functional team meetings and projects
- Own standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation of processes for implementations and integrations as they pertain to new markets
- Provide an exceptional, timely implementation experience for our clients, ensuring they are able to maximize the value of EngagedMD for their organization as quickly as possible
- Lead meetings and workflow discussions with clients to ensure a smooth implementation of our product which meets customer needs identified in the sales process
- Configure forms, product settings, and user access to facilitate the timely adoption of our product
- Train client partners on best practices and how to use our products
- Facilitate impactful client transitions, such as the transition from sales to implementation and the transition from implementation to customer success
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a customer implementation or project management role, at least some of which was at a SaaS company
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A bias towards action and penchant for details
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- A mission-driven orientation to all you do
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience
