Job Responsibilities:

  • Projects

This is a highly cross-functional role with impact and capabilities across multiple departments . We’re rapidly developing 2 new product offerings in our YouTube service suite. You will work on strategic projects, supporting these new launches and the personnel brought on to execute them. In general, you will also help maintain day to day company business operations.


 Such responsibilities could include but are not limited to:

  • Determining project gantt charts, identifying critical paths, and making timeline adjustments
  • Holding key stakeholders accountable to deadlines
  • Track key weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics on client health and ensure cross functional alignment prior to executive reviews
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks within projects
  • Identify and track open issues and enable resolution by enlisting needed resources and coaching


PROCESS 


We’re a company that believes in WORKING SMARTER NOT HARDER. Thus, we want someone who can serve as a pinch “Chief Automation Officer.” AKA - 

Such responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
  • Build, maintain, and optimize forms, reports, trackers and dashboards
  • Defining new structures for reporting analytics and valuable service improvements for our clients
  • Clean and maintain critical SOPS i.e. onboarding or client data reporting
  • Cash flow analysis to reduce overhead and increase efficiency etc, especially as we launch new projects
  • Confidently lead efficient, effective meetings as needed for annual strategic and operations planning


PEOPLE 

As a service based business, people are our capital. You will cultivate a trusted service-centric ecosystem which follows our North Star of "are our clients happy?"
Such responsibilities could include but are not limited to:

  • Coaching account managers (who serve as the primary liaison with clients) to help them stay ahead of deadlines and “step back” to see the big picture
  • Utilize data to give feedback on client accounts and support creative decisions and workflows
  • Troubleshoot challenging client situations about contracts and retainer conversion
  • Provide mentorship and ensuring alignment between department heads and company leadership
  • Coach support staff in becoming more proactive and efficient

  • RANDOM THINGS FROM OUR CONTENT: Hope you’re a curious mind :)  - We've worked on everything from Kendrick Lamar's note taking process to uncovering a multibillion-dollar cryptocurrency scandal. 

Who you'll work with:
  • We're a small team that prioritizes fun, autonomy, and memes (since we make content, we try to keep up with the young'uns lingo, "no cap").
  • We love to balance team meetings with OKR reviews and screaming bloody murder at each other in Among Us. So don't be sus.


Where you'll do it:
  • Anywhere in the world! Sit on the beaches of Maui or the mountains of Tibet.
  • If you ARE in SF or LA, we might be able to co-work!


Who you are:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in project management / business operations / management consulting.
  • Agency or content marketing industry experience (OR BOTH) is a major plus!
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner with software (we need more zaps and slack GIFS!!!)
  • You have a working knowledge and comfort, if not a somewhat strange LOVE for data and analytics
  • Familiarity with database and visualization tools such as ClickUp, Notion and Airtable.
  • Pride yourself on your people and communication skills;you could probably wipe your family on family poker night.
  • You love SOPs and OKRs and are eager about goal setting. You live for process creation, project templates, goal-setting, and timelines.


6 Month Objectives (In 6 Months you will have):
  • Overseen the launch of our new analytics product
  • Helped lead 2 OKR cycles (definition, tracking, and execution)
  • Helped build the supporting automations, SOPS, and workflows for a 2-3x increase in revenue (projected) by mid 2022
  • Synthesized and operationalized workflows for department heads to coordinate with each other and key leadership
  • Become VERY, VERY good at YouTube :)
