We Work Remotely
We're hiring a bookkeeper/inventory specialist ASAP!

Responsibilities:

  • Recording Transactions
  • Reconciling Accounts
  • Assisting with Audits
  • Communicating Financial Information:
  • Monitoring Expenses
  • Maintaining General Ledger
  • Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Preparing Financial Statements

Qualifications:

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • At least 1 year of Bookkeeping experience required
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping
  • Excellent written and verbal grammar
  • Be able to type 50+ words per minute
  • Have data entry experience
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9am-6pm EST
  • Must be comfortable working remotely
  • Be a team player 
  • Must be available to start ASAP
