We’re looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist to join us. In this role you’ll be part of a team of world-leading experts in machine learning, computer vision, pathology and oncology. You’ll conduct publishable research that combines genomics with deep learning using some of the largest digital pathology and genomics datasets in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our AI Scientists and Engineers to develop and assess algorithms
- Curate and understand genomic data
Requirements:
- PhD degree
- Strong publication record
- Strong Python, R, and shell script coding skills
- Expertise in GATK, SAMtools, and running mutation, copy number, and rearrangement callers
- Experience and track record in cancer sequencing
- Experience in developing and running pipelines for DNA sequencing analysis, including targeted sequencing, whole-exome sequencing and whole-genome sequencing.
- You are authorized to work in the United States
Desirable, but not required:
- Experience in deep learning, computer vision, and/or machine learning
