We are looking for a Backend Developer to help us develop our backend and integrations in particular. You will work with our small team consisting of developers, founders and a UX designer. We offer the opportunity to work full-stack by applying Python and Django.
Tasks
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actual software and ensure fit of the solution with client/ValueWorks business need
- Developing end-to-end solutions from concept-development with internal or client stakeholders to MVP/final implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years software development experience using Python and Django / Django REST
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Comfortable working with mathematical formulas
- Experience in DevOps, ideally in Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS or Google Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with an innovative mindset
- Self-starter attitude, taking ownership and driving forward the topics to completion and customer success
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to interact efficiently with others
- Full proficiency in German or English
Nice to have
Scipy/TensorFlow experience, Compiler/Interpreter experience
