Brilliant, a rapidly growing (like seriously growing, and growing profitably) B2B tech-forward gifting company, is looking to make its first marketing hire. Maybe that’s you! Are you a versatile B2B marketer with experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and or demand generation? Do you love swag? With a focus on creativity and technology, Brilliant  curates, produces, and helps companies distribute memorable branded merchandise and custom products to support marketing, sales, human resources and company wide initiatives. Whether it's newsworthy press kits, welcome gifts for new hires, merch collections to promote a product launch, or giveaways people love, our team of retail trend experts and designers create impactful products that bring brands to life.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Generally - increase awareness of Brilliant’s services throughout our target market 
  • Develop, execute and optimize email campaigns
  • Generate, run, and test product marketing campaigns
  • Create compelling content for sales enablement
  • Own our social channels - build content calendar and execute campaigns accordingly
  • Capture and report on marketing performance
  • Manage onsite brand assets to ensure content is fresh and relevant 
  • Work collaboratively with our sales, client services, customer support, operations, product, and technology teams to best understand our product and our clients to help craft messages that support their needs
  • As the first marketing hire, we’ll look to you to adjust this role as you see fit  


Who you are:

  • 5 + years experience leading high impact marketing initiatives (ideally B2B)
  • Strong writing skills, and a keen eye for design
  • Successful track record elevating brand perception and awareness through strategic and creative marketing initiatives
  • Experience working in a variety of marketing channels
  • Experience using data analysis, benchmarking, and user testing to make decisions
  • Articulate, creative thinker and problem solver
  • Comfortable engaging with and influencing leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • High attention to detail and the ability to audit work for accuracy and quality
  • An ideas person that can also get stuff done
  • Someone who loves swag (particularly really great swag)
