About the Team As an associate product manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our award-winning prod-eng team-based mostly in the UK. You also will work closely with our customer success team and collaborate with customers to optimise our onboarding, support and time to value. As well as partnering our development teams to consider the potential for our innovative product beyond what our competitors and customers consider possible will be key to success. About the Role We’re looking for a smart, curious, and self-starting person to join our Product team. This role will align closely with our mission: to improve human performance by making experiential training affordable and accessible to everyone on the planet. What You'll Do
  • Report to the Product Manager to support analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor user performance and provide input for new features to increase user conversion and retention.
  • Independently identify significant opportunities in an ambitious, fast-paced start-up environment and help build consensus around roadmaps and how to assess success.
  • Understand Virti’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognised best in the industry.
  • Taking complex and ambiguous product problems and structure these effectively. This includes clearly defining the problem space, the impact of the problem and the trade-offs made in making prioritisation decisions.
Who You Are
  • Three+ years of product management or related industry experience.
  • Experienced in going through a full product lifecycle, combining customer feedback into product requirements, managing prioritisation and pre/post-product launch.
  • Experienced in helping to define strategy and vision for a product.
  • Experienced working with a technology scale-up is a bonus;you love working in a multidisciplinary setting, being inventive and pitching in to achieve the business's goals.
