Looking for a full time software engineer.
Contract Duration: approximately 6 months with strong possibility of renewal.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bsc in computer science or software engineering.
- Min 2-3 years work experience. Showing excellent technical skills can make up for lack of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Angular 7 and Typescript.
- Strong knowledge of Java + Spring Framework (Web MVC, Security, JDBC, XML Configs).
- Strong knowledge of MySQL 5.x.
- Good knowledge of git, github, jira.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio Code/Atom for Angular Dev.
- Familiarity with Intellij for Java Dev.
- Familiarity with the linux environment.
- Knowledge of AWS a plus.
- Knowledge of Python / Fabric a plus.
- Preferably speaks both French and English (english is a must).
Job description:
The engineer will improve an existing health data management system. Examples of some of the tasks to be done:
- Expand the existing client and web api (Java Spring backend).
- Develop new angular components for the system's portal.
- Write unit/e2e/integration tests.
- Improve/maintain python automation scripts.
Remark: I am based in the Montreal Area. Preferred candidates should live in the same time zone. Work will be done remote.
