Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with an agile development team using SCRUM and Kanban project management flows
- Drive best practices and selection of technology frameworks / libraries
- Collaborate with other developers, devops engineers and product managers to build solutions that meet customer needs
- Write automated tests to validate quality and performance
- Consider security and privacy issues in the development process
- Design and develop solutions that meet product requirements using Android SDKs that target tablets, chromebooks and mobile devices
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience developing Android Applications using established best practices and frameworks with Java
- Understanding of Google play store process and support lifecycle
- Experience integrating with a REST based web services and third party SDKs
- Educational Background and/or Certifications that demonstrate an ability to develop scalable Windows Client applications is preferred but not required
