You’ll lead development – integrating APIs, fine-tuning prompts, and collaborating with other teams. If you enjoy solving real-world problems with persistence and impact, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll DoWe believe AI can handle a significant share of our technical support without sacrificing accuracy. Your job is to integrate AI into our human support system, ensuring it smartly distinguishes between cases AI can solve and those needing human expertise. You’ll refine the AI’s capabilities over time, expanding its role in support. This is a long-term, evolving project, not a one-off build.
- 5+ years of software development (we use PHP, Node, and Python).
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- A results-driven, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent English for written support interactions.
- Strong communication skills for working closely with the support and documentation teams.
We’re a fully remote team with minimal meetings – just enough to stay aligned and focused. Expect weekly planning calls, daily check-ins, and plenty of deep work time.
