We are seeking a skilled Team Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer with experience in architecture, design and development in both frontend web applications and backend microservice architecture.You will be involved in overseeing our team of developers, engage in technical solution design and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your work will also involve interacting with cross-functional teams to gather the requirements, manage estimates, perform code-reviews while also building and implementing new features.

    • Lead a team of contract developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
    • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.
    • Manage individual project priorities and deadlinesthat the development team is working on.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization based on our high standards.
    • Participate in architectural discussions, technical design and contribute to robust software solutions.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in overall software development, system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in Java development.What You Bring To The Team:
        • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
        • Relevant certifications (Oracle Certified Professional, Spring Certified Professional are strongly preferred.
        • Experience leading a team utilizing Agile development methodologies.
        • 5+ years of proven experience as a Java developer, with a strong understanding of Java EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
        • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining REST APIs.
        • Ability to design high availability solutions on Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
        • Experience designing and developing SQL and NoSQL databases.
        • Hands-on experience in developing web applications using Angular, React JS,Node.js, and JavaScript.
        • Strong experience in debugging, diagnosing, and trouble-shooting complex, production software.
        • Proficient in object-oriented development, preferably with Python.
        • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
        • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

              Additional Information:

              The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 –$180,000 + Benefits + 401k Match. Molekule takes a market-based approach to salary ranges. Our salary ranges are determined by role, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, level, and location. The range displayed on each posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include benefits &401K Match.
