About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and driven mid level Marketing Designer to join our team. This person will be a visual storyteller that drives engagement and provokes action through all our marketing channels and beyond. Specifically, you will be responsible for creating assets that support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and integrated marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email, social media content, paid media and various landing pages, as well as assets for our managed creators and their channels.Responsibilities

    • Create brand consistent concepts, visuals and videos that are true to the Amaze aesthetic and design standards as well as tell powerful stories.
    • Design, produce, and manage interactive digital content, including email templates, landing pages, and digital advertising.
    • Efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and compelling content.
    • Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team and company leadership.
    • Iterate fast, and work in a collaborative fashion with the design and marketing teams.
    • Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
    • Produce and deliver compelling presentations of concepts and design work that support creative decisions with marketing-focused rationale and insight.
    • Engage in brainstorming sessions and constructive design critiques.
    • Foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
    • Be trend forward and bring new digital tools/thinking/technology to further improve creative touch points.
    • Ability to independently drive multiple projects at a time, meet tight deadlines, and push projects further than expected.
    • Ability to make fast edits and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.Preferred Experience
        • 4+ years of digital design experience preferably in tech but open to others.
        • Strong sense of color, typography and layout
        • A portfolio showcasing a wide variety of digital design
        • Fluency in a variety of design tools, including Figma and Adobe Suite applications
        • Proven success in creating high impact designs that foster higher engagement and conversions across all digital marketing functions
