    The Regional VP, Data &Analytics Channelswill lead a team of channel sales managersto accelerate the revenue growth of our Data &Analytics solutions. Develop, take full ownership of, and execute channel sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales bookings in support of corporate objectives. You will report to the VP of Global Alliance &Partnerships and you will work in a remote capacity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Directly contribute to daily channel sales activities to ensure sufficient new pipeline creation, flawless execution of proven channel sales plays, and consistent monthly &quarterly bookings success
    • Provide clear strategic direction to channel sales managers, then closely inspect &support daily activities to drive discipline &desired outcomes
    • Regularly and closely engage with existing &new channel partners to ensure full strategic alignment, seamless collaboration and optimized channel experience
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal partners, including the Data &Analytics business unit leaders
    • Actively coach and mentor each channel sales manager with an aim to support personal growth and achieve individual sales goals
    • Responsible for professional development, career planning, and performance management of each channel sales manager
    • Assume full responsibility for channel sales goals, as well accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings
    • Contribute to territory planning and sales target setting
    • Actively participate in channel QBRs to raise the level of urgency and accountabilityQualifications
      • 8+ years of experience in channel sales management
      • 3+ years of people management experience, effectively leading and growing a team of sales reps or channel sales reps
      • Background in identifying, activating and scaling new reseller/VAR channels for SaaS solutions
      • Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline and bookings goals
      • Strong team management experience, encouraging results-oriented, high-performance team cultureAdditional Information
