Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Generate original design concepts while maintaining brand consistency and messaging integrity.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to team members, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative design techniques into project workflows.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team culture, fostering creativity, innovation, and professional development.
Primary Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Adobe XDPhotoshop, and Illustrator) and other relevant design software.
- Strong grasp of UX/UI design principles with experience indigital platform design.
- Designing user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Focusing on the overall user experience, including usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Sound understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated experience leading design projects with a robust portfolio showcasing creative excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies, with the ability to align design solutions with broader business goals.

- Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
- Experience working in an IT agency or remote environment.
