Requirements
- 7+ years experience with software development with a variety of modern programming languages - please share your experiences in your application.
- Strong customer focus and ability to use intuition, customer input and data to rapidly test and validate products and features.
- Proven experience as the lead on projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $3M.
- A committed teammate and proven leader with soft-skills to guide, motivate and grow teams of diverse, dedicated engineers in a matrixed environment.\
- A mix of project and technical architecture leadership.
- Ability to monitor/track performance of individuals, as well as project deliverables.
- Comprehensive understanding and dominion of Agile Software Development Lifecycles.
- Ability to turn unknowns to knowns.
- Former consulting experience and ability to listen and understand client concerns.
- Genuine interest in problem solving, as well as developing creative ways to do so.
- Available for 6 hours overlap with EST time zone.
