Our EMEA HQ also has the added benefit of being less than five minute’s walk away from Broadmead (the city’s shopping district), some of the best eateries around, an abundance of yoga studios and gyms and a limitless supply of pubs and bars for your Friday night unwind. Working in Engineering We are a group of diverse, passionate and highly experienced developers creating a high quality and performant platform. You will be given the autonomy to create what is needed in collaboration with your team, whilst having many career opportunities by working with like-minded, highly capable professionals and taking on responsibilities as Immersive Labs continues to grow. We work as a collection of delivery teams in an Agile way to deliver new features each sprint. You’ll be part of the planning, refinement and collaboration required at each stage of the process for delivery, discussing the best way to solve the problem at hand. We have weekly team meetings where we take the opportunity to discuss the technologies we use and how we put them into place and often take a deep dive into a subject matter of choice. We also encourage self-study during working time so that you can take control over your learning and professional development.
