Ours is a very technical, hands-on development team.  People own the areas they work on.  Due to the unique and interesting challenges of our domain and the amount of data we handle, we are very much tech enthusiasts. We follow a github flow, therefore we have pull-requests and code reviews. We have a scrum framework we work under but we are considering moving to Kanban. We are currently in process of modernizing our code from angularjs/.NET classic code-stack to angular/.NET Core.
