Required experience:

This job is for accomplished WordPress developers. You don't need to be a senior developer with 20 years of experience, but you do need to know more than just how to make basic changes from the WordPress dashboard.

Advanced languages like JavaScript, React, etc is all good, although not required. Rest assured, we'll fully test and vet your skills during the interview process.

What's most important is we need WordPress developers who can tackle technical challenges and work alongside the rest of the technical team to overcome them.
  • PHP
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, etc)
  • WordPress theme editing &development
  • Fluent in written English
  • Ability to work alongside fellow developers to accomplish individual, and more importantly, team goals

Preferred experience
  • JavaScript
  • Git
  • ManageWP
  • BlogVault
  • WordPress plugin development
  • Bilingual communication is a plus!

After 2 months of employment, contractors/part time employees who log at least 20 hrs/week are eligible for :

Compensation:

Salary for this position is completely dependent on your experience, location, technical skills, how well you can help us tackle the outcomes for this position and the competencies you can display as a member of this team. This is something we're happy to discuss once you've gotten further along in the application process.

WP Buffs is a revenue-funded business, meaning we have to be selective with our spending. We cannot afford exorbitant salaries like massive, funded companies can. If you're looking for a big payday or a salary commensurate with a $100M+ company, you probably shouldn't apply because you'll be disappointed with our offer from a financial perspective.
