We are hiring a technical website/UX developer to improve and refine the online experience we provide for customers. This mixes both creative and technical aspects of website development, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with both. You will be a member of the development team but also get information and feedback from the marketing and customer service teams since customer experience is a company-wide goal.

Responsibilities Analyze website performance through analytics and business intelligence tools. Use this analysis to identify areas of improvement Plan potential improvements with wireframes, mockups, and diagrams Develop changes both on the front end and back end Validate changes with code reviews, browser testing, split testing and user feedback
Requirements 3+ years professional web development experience Bachelor’s degree in related field, or 2+ years additional experience Have been responsible for the UX on at least one customer facing site Fluent in HTML/CSS/JS Fluent in at least one backend language Be comfortable working remotely and communicating over chat/phone/video When applying, please include a cover letter that answers the following prompt: Describe a significant mistake you made at work and what you learned from it.
