Position
- Contract Web Designer
- Lead design execution on a diverse range of web properties
- Inform and guide creators and stakeholders as designs evolve from concept to reality
- Create the documents of the trade from back-of-napkin-sketch to wire-frame, to hi-res-comp
- Enforce brand guidelines and advocate for the user experience
- Well versed with industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision, Zeplin, etc)
- Working knowledge of the efficiencies and limitations of CSS, HTML, &Javascript
- Intimate familiarity with modern, cross-platform, responsive web design trends
- Ability to collaborate, communicate, self-start, and thrive in a remote work environment
- Actualizing designs in code
- Creating designs for headless content management systems
- Designing for web accessibility to create inclusive and equitable experiences for all
- Producing data-informed designs with insights gleaned from case studies, a/b tests, etc
- Autonomy and the ability to work remotely
