About the Executive Assistant position
We are looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant who will provide support with administrative tasks, meeting preparation and follow up. The successful candidate will be able to act proactively to support Omega Point executives. Flexibility and timeliness are musts. Prior experience in a start-up/tech company preferred.
This is a remote, full-time employee position.
Executive Assistant responsibilities are:
- Help executives to arrange their daily schedule and ensuring they follow their agenda;prioritizing tasks
- Setting up events and travel
- Assist in preparing for meetings and following up to ensure that assigned tasks are being done and deadlines are met, using software such as Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Asana
- Handle all administrative functions
- Creating and managing spreadsheets and reports
- Filtering emails and managing them
- Maintaining databases (Salesforce)
You Have . . .
- 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant level in a B2B environment, working with a distributed executive team
- Demonstrated competence in using software to communicate and follow up with a distributed executive team
- Project management experience for a distributed executive team
- Extensive experience with SalesForce, in addition to any other office management systems
- Outstanding MS Office knowledge and English proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Confidentiality and discretion
- College degree
